Amazing personalized service with pro activeness to provide awesome experience to the customer be it choice of room, providing sugar free principle cake, decoration and general look after. Among the many positives, a highlight for me is the delightful, friendly and professional staff. Gaurav in the Spectra restaurant is an exceptional waiter, thoughtful, attentive and caring, he topped my chai tea constantly and rescued a book I’d left here the day prior. Gaurav is non verbal, and yet his warmth, thoughtfulness and professionalism says far more about his professionalism and customer service mindset. I’m humbled and touched by Gaurav’s care. The hotel is a really classy, a fusion of old world and charming India combined with modern touches like the gym and pool. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, with a lovely view over a nature reserve. Immediately beside a large modern shopping mall too. Delicious breakfast in Spectra and a class Executive lounge on the sixth floor.
